Steel Fiber Enhancement upon Punching Shear Strength of Concrete Flat Plates Exposed to Fire Flame

In this study, the effect of fire flame on punching shear strength steel fiber reinforced concrete flat plates was experimentally investigated using nine half-scale specimens with dimensions 1500×1500 mm and a total thickness 100 mm. The main variables comprised volume fraction 0, 1, 1.5% burning steady state temperature 500 600 °C. were divided into three groups, each group consists specimens. in first tested no to be reference specimens, while others second third groups after being exposed fire-flame effect. adopted characteristics test were; (one hour) time duration °C sudden cooling process (water sprinkling directly burning). results proved that exposing direct for one hour caused reduction an increase ultimate mid-span deflection.
